Return Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under current European legislation, the consumer customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without having to provide any reason.

The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from:

the day on which the customer acquires physical possession of the goods

in the case of multiple deliveries, from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the last good.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform:

by means of an explicit statement (email or withdrawal form).

2. Return Policy

After communicating the withdrawal, the customer must return the goods within 14 days of communication.

Product conditions

The product must be:

intact
unused beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and functioning
complete with original packaging (if present)

The customer is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Return Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise specified.
In the event of a defective or non-compliant product, the costs shall be borne by the seller.

4. Refund

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the notice of withdrawal.

The seller may withhold the refund until:

it has received the goods,

the customer has provided proof of shipment.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

goods made to measure or clearly personalised
goods that are likely to deteriorate rapidly
sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons and have been opened after delivery
digital content supplied on a non-material medium if the performance has begun with the customer's express consent

6. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with EU Directive 2019/771, all products are covered by a legal warranty of 1 year (for new products) and 6 months (for used/refurbished products) against conformity defects.

In the event of a defective product, the customer is entitled to:

free repair or replacement
price reduction
termination of the contract in the cases provided for by law

7. Data Protection

The personal data provided for the management of the return will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
